Cryogenic Amplifier 

PHILTEQ is proud of supplying low noise cyrogenic amplifiers for the special applications. Typically, the customer provides the cryogenic cooling, but we have supplied some amplifiers with built-in cryogenic cooling systems (the size is customized).

For cryogenically cooled LNA,improvements in noise figure depend upon the type of FET used. pHEMT FETs have improved noise figures down to 77K, and mHEMT and InP devices improve down to 4K. Our current product in production covers the frequency from 180MHz to 1150MHz.Other frequency products are now under development. Please contact us for more information.
