Clear Microwave

  • Analog Voltage Controlled Phase Shifters

The analog phase shifter continuously changes the phase of microwave signal in the working frequency band by varying a D.C. voltage applied on the varactor diode. Since the D.C. voltage applied to the diode is reverse bias, the current drain is very small and typically less than 10 uA.  The typical control voltage is from 0 to +28 volts or 0 to -28 volts.
