Clear Microwave
Clear Microwave has developed a large number of RF and Microwave detectors for a wide range of frequency extended beyond 40 GHz. These detectors contain an internal RF matching circuit, DC return and the RF bypass capacitor and exhibit high sensitivity, wide dynamic range and low VSWR. A limiter circuit can be incorporated within the same package size for high power protection. The internal video protection circuit is also available as an option to prevent damage due to transient or static voltages present at the detector output.

- General Purpose Zero Bias Schottky Diode Detectors
With specially designed circuit, these detectors do not need external DC bias to achieve the high sensitivity. The standard unit has negative output voltage. Other options are available on request.

- RF Matched Zero Bias Schottky Diode Detectors
This family of zero bias Schottky diode detectors have a special designed RF matching network at the input for RF impedance matching. It generally has better flatness and allows higher RF input power. Standard units covers frequency range from 0.5 to 40 GHz with default negative output voltage.
