Power Amplifiers
Power amplifiers from Fairview Microwave are manufactured in a hermetically sealed metal enclosures and provide superior performance with high gain, gain flatness, high linearity and wide dynamic range. RF power amplifiers achieve great performance by use of hybrid microwave integrated circuitry and GaAs pHEMT advanced components. Our coaxial signal amplifiers for RF modules are unconditionally stable and include built-in voltage regulation as well as bias sequencing and reverse bias protection for additional reliability.
Fairview radio frequency power amplifiers have over-voltage protection installed externally for easy reset. These RF power amps are fully matched internally for 50 Ohm input and output. This 50 Ohm coaxial signal amplifier matching helps to eliminates the requirement for additional external RF components for tuning.
