PDT single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) PIN switch

The series PDT single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) PIN switch covers 18 to 100 GHz in seven waveguide bands. Full waveguide bandwidth is available up to 75 GHz. The available bandwidth is 10 GHz in the range of 60 to 100 GHz. The standard switching speed is 300 ns (typical) from isolation to PASS state and 20 ns from insertion loss state to isolation. The insertion loss is 1.8 dB (max) in K-Band, and increases to 3 dB (max) in W-Band. The isolation is 22 dB in K-Band and drops to 18 dB in W-Band. Series PDT is available in “Y” configurations. WR-28 and WR-10 models are also available in “in-line” configurations. PDT is a reflective device.
