These Transistors include Oscillating Tube, Static Induction Transistor, CW power Transistor and DMOS power Transistor (VDMOS, LDMOS). Pulse power Transistor, amplifier modules, PIN diodes chip and capacitor chip. Silicon product can be apply to VHF, L, S band and the max power can up to several hundred watts. All products are available in chip and a variety of standard package. We also can provide the custom part number base on special technology request from our customer.
