NoleTec creates high power RF Transistors and Amplifiers based on the best performing GaN technologies in the world.

As GaN is proving to be the technology of choice for the new generations of commercial and military radar applications, the current standard portfolio primarily consists of products optimized for the most common radar bands and impedance-matched on both in- and output to 50Ω. We can also offer a range of transistors without input and output matching, possible to use at the frequency band of choice.

Additionally, all products currently listed have hermetically sealed packages to enable use in applications with high reliability requirements.

While the products listed are  specified for pulsed radar, they are not limited to this. They can be used in many other applications and signal formats as well.
